We added a "reference no." to a process but then decided against having it. However, we deleted the reference but it's still showing (prefixing) in the process title? Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

You might need to publish the changed processes. I find a lot of changes don't apply until you re-pubish. Also, don't forget that there is a field for reference number - make sure there's nothing in there either.
