Promapp migrating a group of processes to a new instance

HI there I am looking for help with migration of our processes in the new instance. We have a new instance of Promapp and would like to get our processes moved there. We were told that that will be done automatically but it hasn't happened.

Hi Miriam, I'll have someone be in touch to understand your needs. It sounds like a url change is what is required, which is not automated, but also not too difficult.
