+8An organisation is wanting to determine how their project rollout has went in year one. If you have experience on assessing your first year how did you do this? What suprised you and what went well?
If you could also comment on size of organisation and resourcing, that would be great. Also, for bonus points, if you can share your approach structure (centralised, decentralised, etc.).
+3Hi Brett. I might be of use here. I delivered Promapp across my organisation (1100people) by myself in a 14 month period. I have data on how many trained as Experts/Champions/Process Owners, how many processes and also completed a close out report which included benefits realisation.
