Is there a way to "Share" a process across two different Groups without using "Link" feature?

Seems there would not be a way to "Share" a process across two different Groups without using the "Link" feature. However, users are asking, and so here is the question.

In other words, the team would like a Single process to show up in Two different Groups, yet be the “same” process (so that if one proc is edited, the other one would be). Not a “copy.” But, having the same process in both places.

It seems the answer is that there would need to be a link within another process to the “shared” one. However, please confirm whether there is a way to “Share” without using a link.

Appreciate your brilliance as always! 😎

Yes, you’re able to do that. On the process you want to share, go edit → summary → process shortcut. That should make an “extension” appear in another folder of the one process. If an update happens to the original, it is just a link in that folder, so those are reflected from that access point as well.
