How to use process templates in Nintex Gallery?

Once you’ve downloaded the Process Manager template from Nintex Gallery (it will be in XML format), you can easily upload the item into your Process Manager template using this article:

Only Promasters can import from XML?  How do those in a Business Analyst role leverage use of the templates if they aren’t able to download and import from XML?

Can you check with your Promaster to see if:

• Enable process import/export to XML is set to ON.

If that is set to ON, anyone who can edit processes should be able to import process XML.
