At the moment you must create a JPEG of a table and then insert the word or excel document the table has come from and repeat the process every time. If there was an option to insert a table as a task and then simply edit the row or column details changed you would simply have to update that table as opposed to update the excel or word document, JPEG then insert the updated excel or word document

At the moment the only solution would be to house a document with the table in it within an external location (such as a network drive/dms/sharepoint) and link to the document from the process so that the link used in Promapp will always point to the up to date document.
If you haven't already, I would suggest that you could log this enhancement request into User Voice :)
