In a process can I link back to a previous step.  Say step 3 in a process to step 2 and step 9 loop back to step 7?

Hi there

As per the guidelines, while mapping processes in Process manager, document the steps that "normally" occur when running a process. For example, the steps that are typically performed 80% of the time. Any exceptions like the above are captured in notes.

Here is snapshot of when to use decision boxes and how are notes used to capture the scenarios like the above.

Here is the link to the page: https://help.nintex.com/en-us/promapp/Processes/ProcessWriting.htm

Hope that helps.

Kind regards
