In the cases, if the customer is not inclined to use outlook for sending emails: there is an alternative way to send an email by Using Kryon Rest API or curl Advanced commands. With these AC an email can be sent by using a third party company that provides such services.

e.g. the integration of SendGrid.com or other similar service providers and Kryon Rest API/ Curl AC will give you an alternative option to send emails.
