LogBeat logging, and increasing DBlogs

For customers that are experiencing issues with LogBeat logging, and increasing DBlogs:

R&D suggested the next changes as work around untill we have permanent solution:

1) C:Program FilesKryon Robot20.3.0.28LogBeatLogBeatConfig.json

"RetentionRunningIntervalMinutes": "30",

2) C:Program FilesKryon Robot20.3.0.28Configserilog.json

"LevelSwitches": { "$controlSwitch": "Verbose" }, -> Change the value to Warning
