Global Function: Get/Generate Timestamp

 

This simple (but very handy) global function generates a timestamp. The format - which you can of course change in the global function - per default is mmddyyhhmmss, so for example "06292021083608". Modify this format by simply modifying the output variable:

globFuncTimeStamp (See the attached screenshot for details)

 

See the attached screenshot on how to use it in your own wizards/workflows! This function comes in handy for logging, notification, file/folder names, etc.
