List Lookup Is configured as the following
"Text connected to" Title
"Display format" Check boxes (multiple - section)
"Source List" XXXXXX
"List column name" YYYYY

When the form is completed and the List lookup control is populates  the text in the Title field is being populated with the Item ID and not the text from the YYYYY Column
