Hi there,

Is there a way to stop SharePoint Nintex workflow from generating email notifications to Initiator/Creator, when workflow for an item has been cancelled or manually ended by another user.  Refer screenshot below. I don't want my users to be informed and question this especially when we encounter error workflow in some of our processes that manually require us to end & restart.

Thanks and appreciate any feedback

As you see, these notifications go the workflow initiator by default. You can change who receives these notifications in the site settings for an individual site, a specific site collection, or the web farm.

For an individual site, follow these steps:

  1. Go the Site Settings for the site.
  2. In the Nintex Workflow section, click "Workflow error notifications",
  3. Select your desired notification options.

Here's more information on how to do this in SharePoint 2016 (SharePoint 2019 and 2013 also have this option): Manage workflow error notification settings
