I checked a number of posts but could not find quite what I am after.
I want to execute a different “Send notification” if the new item is a reply vs. a new post.
I’d like to be able to have different subjects with different references, as well as different URLs in the email body.
I see there are a couple of Logic and Flow options that would probably serve me well (i.e. Set a condition) for the decision making as to which to send, but I can’t seem to find/figure out what options to use to route the workflow.
This seems to me as though it would be something that has been done before. Has anyone got some pointers for me? Or a link to an existing tutorial/solution?
