Item URL within Document Sets

HI Everyone, 

I am working on site workflow where it queries a list and get all the IDs that matches some filters. It will than send an email to the user with the link to the item which is actually within a Document Set. Is there any way i can get the Item URL.?

I am using Nintex O365 with SharePoint Online. Using the Site workflow due to Scheduling.

Any advise?
