Hi,

 

I have created workflows on SharePoint list and library.  Now I have to create custom reports.  I searched the documents and community blogs, but no where I found a suitable article.

 

One of the ways is to create views on SharePoint Lists/Library and then export to Excel file.  However, I have some fields in Repeated Section and if there are more than one item in Repeated Section then only last item gets populated in SharePoint List.

 

It will be a grate help for me if somebody share a solution for the issue.

Hello there!

You say you'd like to generate some reports - but - could we know a little bit more about the reports?

Are Excel files your ideal report outcome? Or would you rather have Word documents or PDFs? 


Do you need images as well?

Thanks for your prompt response.

I would prefer reports to be in PDF, Word or in Excel.  Also I need Images, if it is possible.

The reason I take report in Excel because I am not aware of report generation in Nintex, instead I created SharePoint views and these views can export to Excel.

If it is possible to create report from Nintex it is fine with me.

I use this feature quite a bit for my users - it automatically populates a template of any kind.
