Hi there,

I have two related forms one is for users to complete which is very lengthy and the other is for the committee for their review and approval. When users completes the first form and submit. I have inserted and configured a Create item in another site action so it pre populates related fields in the second form.  A notification is generated to the committee to review and make their assessment.

What I want to do now is to hyperlink the list items according to the IDs for the reviewers/committees convenience. When they get a notification and open the form it should also have a link to the previous completed form as a reference.

Apologies, if this is not clear enough and awaiting any suggestions or solutions

Hi @LM_3

You want to create a link in the Approval Form which will open the First Form, right?

1. Get the link in the First Form workflow from Workflow Context - "Current item URL".

2. In your Create item - save the "Current item URL" value into the Second List (Hyperlink or Text Column)

3. In the Approval Form (Second List), retrieve the value

Cheers
