How to get notification when workflow gets stuck | Community

My Nintex workflow is getting stuck on the assign task action. I need to get notified when the workflow gets stuck as I am getting notifications if the workflow is in the error stage. Due to this approvals get delayed and users are complaining.

I am assuming that you are wanting to get an email notification when a workflow errors. Workflow error notifications go only to the workflow initiator by default. You can change who receives these error notifications in the site settings for an individual site, a specific site collection, or the web farm.

For an individual site, follow these steps:

Go the Site Settings for the site.

In the Nintex Workflow section, click "Workflow error notifications".

Select your desired notification options.
