 I have a form that requires signatures from the user's supervisor, branch manager, budget person, director and exec. director.  How can I get the form to each of them to sign and then have the signed document move on to the next person for signature?  We do not have DocuSign at the moment.  

You situation sounds like the perfect opportunity to employ Nintex Workflow in conjunction with your Nintex form.  With this you could move the form through the various approvals with email notifications to each approver in succession.  Of course, the form would only capture an electronic acknowledgement (signature) with the approver checking a box or similar to indicate their approval.

So I would just assign a flexi task to each signer?  Would there be an actual signature on the form though?
