Hi all,

 

Has anyone had any success with the Production workflow failure alerts working? I have them set up on a form and the workflow terminated due to an error, I never received the email though? Should I in this scenario?

Hi,

Notifications are only sent for workflows that are in the suspended status, not terminated.

Also note:
•Notifications for a failed workflow will not be sent instantly and it may take up to six hours from the time the workflow fails to receive a failure notification.
