Adapt your form to have 2 tabs.
The 1st tab is for all the controls.
The 2nd tab is for the formatted output.
After filling out the 1st tab, switch to the 2nd tab and click Print (or CTRL-P)
Select "Microsoft Print to PDF" and click the "Print" button.
Only the viewable tab will be outputted to the PDF.

You are right ! The the key feature was "CTRL+P" of the keyboard.

If you use the Nintex "Print" button available at the top of the page, all the page content will be in your pdf.

But if you use CTRL+P, you will print only the current tab.
