NWC- Start Form Data Lookup Column Remove Duplicates

Hi,

I’m creating a NWC Start form and trying to lookup a column in a SharePoint list (using the data lookup column) and able to successfully display the data in the data lookup column.

 

However the drop down is displaying blank values and duplicates.

 

Does anyone know or have an idea of how to remove blanks and duplicate values?
