Will there be any problem to our Nintex Form if we go ahead and publish a Power App SharePoint Integration on the same SharePoint list?

I can't be 100% sure if there will be problems.
To avoid any issues, I suggest that you publish to a content type not being used by Nintex Forms.
Experimenting in a test environment before going live is always a good idea.
