Is there a way of getting a list and/or report of all Nintex forms/workflows in O365?

 

Maybe a powershell script of something?

    You can use sharegate or powershell to get them all yes, but after much back and forth with support, you can request an audit from your sales rep. The problem with PS and SG is it does not tell you how many actions are in the workflow or if it is counting against your license, very hard to stay in compliance.
