Does anyone know if according to Microsoft's announcement about the withdrawal of workflows 2013, it could affect the operation of my workflows in Nintex Workflow for office 365, my version of sharepoint is SharePoint in Microsoft 365.

Yes, Nintex Workflow for O365 is being affected by this deprecation. We’ve previously shared information about this and provided guidance on our Nintex Upgrade Program that you can utilize to upgrade to Nintex Automation Cloud. You can read more about that here -
