One of our clients has a requirement to schedule a workflow to send Forms monthly to its different departments on  specified dates and again reminding emails on another set of specified dates.  They want these department-wise dates to be maintained in a SharePoint list so that they can change them when needed and we need to use these dates to do the scheduling. Could you please advise the best way to do this?

You can schedule Site Workflows by doing the following:
1) Click Settings (gear icon in the top right) and select "Site Contents"
2) Click on the name "Nintex Workflow for Office 365"
3) Click the black button called, "Create Site Workflow"
4) After save & publish, click on the three dots (more options) in the far right corresponding to the workflow you want to schedule and select Advanced then click Schedule Workflows
5) Click Add Schedule and configure when to start, etc.

@kavirana Hi,

Unfortuntely you cannot schedule a list workflow at the present time.

Site workflows can be scheduled but only can be configured based on a repetitive schedule and not based on dates on a list.
