Hi All. I'm using 0365 and I am trying to disable a choice in a drop down list based on another field being greater than a certain value. For example, I'd like to disable the drop down choice of "half time" if the work hours field is greater than 20. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

So I'm offering a quick thought and can look at this in more depth later. Could you have two controls, one that offers the full time and other that offers the half time values. Then if a hours field value is greater than 20 it shows one field versus the other.

In O365 there isn't a way to set the value of a field without using Javascript and it may not be necessary if you can just show/hide the options based on the selection using a rule.
