Defining the default language in the code for Nintex forms for Office 365

Grateful if someone can please assist with this query.

I have a series of Nintex forms which have recently been reviewed apart of an accessibility assessment. 
 

A piece of feedback received is ‘The default language for each Nintex form has not been defined in the code. A screen reader uses the lang tag to identify the language of the page and use the correct speech synthesis to read the text’

My question is can you specifically define the language in the code of Nintex Forms for Office 365?

If so, please state how to achieve this?
