After you have created a Nintex form, can you remove it and reset to the OOTB sharepoint form?

Export the form before you delete it, then you can re-import it again later.

If I have modified the list, made too many mistakes on the form and want to start a new Nintex form - how can I delete and create a new form which has all the standard controls from the columns in the list?
