I need to build a Risk Report form with fields - e.g. Crime, Weather, Terrorism - which have the choice options of Minor, Low, Moderate, High, Extreme.
The customer has specifically requested that a color is shown - the color of the text, or the field background, or another field next to the choice field - which reflects the choice selected - e.g. blue, green, yellow, orange, red.
Is this possible using either the Responsive Designer or the New Responsive Designer?
