Issue Description
When you execute the term store K2 SmartObjects, deprecated terms are displayed.
Considerations
In order to activate the fix, the switch needs to be changed in the Service Instance.
- Navigate to K2 Management >> Integration >> Service Instance
- Click on the correct Service Instance.
- Edit the Service Instance but do not change any value and click OK.
- This will add the ExcludeDeprecatedTerms service key.
- Re-edit the Service Instance and add "True" to ExcludeDeprecatedTerms and click OK.
Resolution
The fix is available in:
- K2 Five (5.6) Fix Pack 02.
- Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
- Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
- Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
- It is recommended to clear browser cache and refresh the page.
