Issue Description

When you upload a document or file with a name that contains one or more of the following special characters: !”#$%&’()*+-./, the upload fails with an error.

Error Message

The following error occurs: “File not found”.

Cause

The characters were not encoded.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five RTM FP20 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five RTM FP20 to apply the fix.
  4. It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
