Issue Description
You are unable to close a subform that has navigated to an external URL, such as Excel online, Reporting Services, or any other valid URL.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
- Get the K2 Five RTM FP17 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 Five RTM FP17 to apply the fix.
- It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
