Hi there.

I'm attempting to follow the instructions to add some newly purchased licenses to our existing stock.

Step 1 says:

  1. Start installation sequence for the K2 software (or retrieve the System Key referred to below from the K2 Service Manager if the software is already installed).

I'm not sure what that means.  How do I get the system key?  I think I know the rest of the steps, but what is the K2 Service Manager referred to below and how does it give me the system key?

Thanks,

Rob

Hi Robert_Nicholas,

If you are looking for the System key, then there are several options. You can run the K2 Setup Manager (Start > All programs > K2 > K2 Setup Manager > Configure option), this will allow you to see the System Key. Alternatively, you can go to Management site > Licenses page to get this information if the K2 components have been installed in your environment.
