UserOverview Report

Hi,

 

I need to ask if theris any whay to modify this report

i need to remove some parts this report i need to filter this report on user + process +  dates

 

i dont whant the user to action tasks from this report

 

So please help.

Perhaps, you can try to create custom workspace, the form can make use of the Reports controls as a possible workaround, see links below.


The actual form that is being used for the out-of-the box User Report is com.K2.System.Reports.Form.userOverview, and it's not easy to modify it without some db editting. Plus, when it's time for the upgrade, the out-of-the box report will probably get reset. In the end, it might be better to create a custom report, this way it will not be impacted by the upgrade later on.

Theoreotically speaking, you should be able to modify that report. Everything in your Management page is basically a SmartForm form. These forms are just hidden away so that you cannot see and edit it in Designer. There should be some way to unhide it and allow you to modify the form. However, I do not recommend messing around with these type of forms without any backup and guidance.


 


I will recommend contacting K2 Services team to see if they can work out a solution for you.
