Hi,

The error i'm getting is:

Message: The following items have dependencies:

Message: View 'test' is in use by 'test' as a form view

I've checked in Designer - ALL items and can't find form called test.

Any ideas?

Hi Sharpharp 1

In a scenario where user forget to "check in" the form and has left the company then you can do force "check in" for more information on how to do force "check in" see attach link: https://help.k2.com/kb003346

Or you can log support ticket Ref:https://help.k2.com/kbs100150

Good day Sharpharp1

Will you please try deleting application artifact following this order:

  1. Workflow instances
  2. Deployed workflow definitions
  3. Workflow design files
  4. Forms
  5. Views
  6. SmartObjects
  7. Category system folders
  8. Service Instances
  9. Roles

(May you double check for example if there is no any form that contains the view you attempt to delete, if it is there it must be deleted first)

See the guide here: https://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/k2five/userguide/5.3/default.htm#How-Tos/DeletingArtifacts/DeletingArtifacts.htm.

Best,

Sunrise

Was actually a new user who had not checked in a new form.

What would happen in the scenario if that new user left, how would an administrator be able to remove that view if the form was not checked and NOT visible (because it was a New form and never checked in)...

Admin users cannot see newly created and unchecked-in forms/view
