I've been trying to find instructions for installing SharePointOnline App for K2 version 5.6 on-prem for a few hours now.
Unfortunately, I'm looking in the wrong place or these instructions are well hidden.
I am trying to connect our K2 Five environment with SharePointOnline to simplify our data storage.
Is there a good tutorial on this?

If I understand correctly, you want to integrate K2 Five installed on-prem with SharePoint Online.
Then check out the articles Preparing SharePoint Online and Manually Adding the K2 for SharePoint App to your App Catalog and finally Adding the App.
You should find most of what you need in there. Don't care if there is SharePoint On-prem somewhere in the images, some of the procedures are the same.
