Yes.  There is a control to save a form as PDF.  It needs to be saved to a SmartObject.

No.  Unless you use rules to first save it as a PDF to a SmartObject and then usethe attachment control to download it.

I don't completely understand the question, but you could use the PDF control to first save the PDF to a SmartObject and then allow th user to access that file from the file attachment control.

In 5.2 there is a new rule for list views that can export the list  to Excel/CSV.  Otherwise, if you are storing the data in a database then any reporting tool can be used to extract the data.
