Hi,
I have seen a couple times that it can be related to browser or the K2 app can't hit the autodiscover url. This url contains information of your K2 environment. Can you try with a different browser (i.e. Chrome in incognito mode). Outside of K2 app, can you try to browse to the auto discover url? (i.e. https://k2_site_url.com/Autodiscover/Autodiscover)
Hi Arokiaelias
Go to IIS>Expand database>Expand Sites>Click Portal>under Portal double Click "Authorization Rules">Click All Users to be highlighted>On the righted side Click "Add Allow Rule...">dilogbox called "Add allow Athorization Rule" will appear>Check "All Users" radiobox and click Ok.

Hi @arokiaelias,
ASP.NET Impersonation was turned on under the Authentication settings for the K2 AutoDiscover site in IIS. After turning it off and performing an IISRESET, the AutoDiscover should works as expected, and the error "The K2 URL is not Valid" should no longer appear.
