I'm trying to create a Smart Form with a drop down list to dynamically populate the list with all Workflow Templates in the System which the user has access to. Is there anything out of the box to do this?
If not, can anyone advise the best way to do this?

Are you with Workflow templates meaning that you want to list all the workflow definitions that is installed in the K2 environment?
In that case there is a system smartobject you can use below category Workflow Reports/Workflow General/Process Overview. In the image i'm running it from the smartobject service tester but it's found in the same structure in designer or management. This SMO lists all the Workflow/Process definitions that are deployed to K2.
And this list is trimmed so you only see the ones you have permissions to see.
