We have a created rule in form to call the Work flow., We wants that rule to wait until the work flow completes then to trigger next step in the rule.Looks Work flow is happening asynchronously.But we want other validations in the rule has to trigger after workflow completed. Please suggest.

In your Workflow Editor:
Configure your start step.
After choosing the form you want to you use
The start workflow from a form page fires-up with suggested smartobjects
then click next twice to go to actions.
By the actions sections you can drag and drop the sequesnce that you want to use, in your case let the workflow complete and then run other rules.

Hi Velraj,
In your rules wizard, you can set the rules to execute in a "one after another" fashion by doing as depicted on the image below:
CLICK to SELECT the blue highlighted text as indicated by the red arrow. This will pop out some options of how you would like your rules to execute which, in your case, is to "complete the following one after another"
