Hi, I’m having trouble when trying to login using LDAP user manager
After applying the LDAP UM, I can search for all the user available for LDAP. However, when i try to login using LDAP account it shows Invalid Security Label Error. When i check the claims and realms it is configured correctly and the same as the working one in another server.
How do i fix this?, i’m already repeated many times installing LDAP following this link: https://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/k2five/icg/5.3/default.htm#Configure/UM-LDAP-config.htm yet it’s always the same error.
