Hi.
I have requirement to create instance through email and this is for Task Managment System, user will send email to K2 account, which has to create instance in K2 process. this is something similar to IT service desk, if user is sending email to IT service desk, the specific incident is available in ITservicedesk application. want to achieve the same in K2.
please let me know if have any idea or dealing with same kind of requirements.
