Get the users of active tasks in the same workflow?

Hello,

 

we want to do the following:

In a workflow, we have a place where 5 Tasks run in parallel. And when one task is completed, we want to inform the other 4 (but only the active one) with a mail.

 

We tried to use a SMO from Workflow analytics ("Activity Instance Destination") but this SMO does not ouput a list with a unique identifier and thus this output can NOT be used in a loop.

 

Any suggestions?

    scenario : a Task sent to group for decision. 

    if destination user is a group, You can try to checked option “Resolve Group to Individual” to resolve AD group to each unique member.
