Do you mean that when you open the task form in your K2 Workspace and try to export the list to excel, you experience a timeout error? Does it occur consistently? Are there alot of records for this particular list view you are exporting? Is pagination enabled for the list view?

Yes that what I mean. No it doesn't happen consistantly for me . I be able to export the list to excel fine many times . I get once in while the error .but for the users they can't export the list to exce even once. They only get timeout errors. No it is not a lot of recoreds . It is less than 800 rows with 12 columns. Is pagination enabled for the list view? I don't know the answer for this question. Where do I need to enable it?

But Under the view settings runtime options enabling filtering checked, enable paging checked with 10 items per page and allow multiple row selection checked. In the export to excel rule I checked all pages.

Any solution for this one? We are also facing the same issue.

1. Please try restart IIS for K2 website & App pool then try to export again, check if it successful.

2. If not successful, please try increase timeout in K2HostServer.exe.config, restart K2Service and try to export again.
