Hello All,

When I'm in the workflow designer, I don't see  the Environment Fields in the context browser.  I only see the References and Variable  sections.

This happens on our staging server. Not development or production servers.

Is there a setting somewhere that turns that group of fields on/off in the designer?

Thanks,

-tomas

Hi tomasv,

Have you checked to see if there are any permissions set on the environment library in Management? (https://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/k2five/userguide/5.3/default.htm#K2-Management-Site/Environment-Library/Default-Variables-and-Permissions/Developement/Developement.htm%3FTocPath%3DAdminister%7CK2%2520Management%7CEnvironment%2520Library%7C_____1)

If so, you will either need to be added to the list of permissions in order to see the environment library, or all permissions will need to be deleted in order to surface the environment library to all users.

If not, I would verify that there are no duplicate fields in the environment library as this can sometimes cause the variables not to load correctly in designer.
