Hello, I'm a beginner even with k2 and I would like to know the next question.

I have a form with 3 buttons that I want to take different paths for use in a Workflow. How do I identify which button has been clicked to go one way or another in the workflow?

If someone can help me I would appreciate it very much

Thanks,

Hi there.

I think you can achieve this using this steps:

  1. Create a workflow with the task and decision step.

  2. Then in you form drag and drop the 3 buttons you want.

  3. Add rule to each button

    1. When this button is clicked

    2. Add the following action :(action workflow item), then select the task  you want to action and then click on configure.

    3. Provide your parameter(serialNo)  and Type in the action Name (note: Action name should be exactly like the one on your workflow task)---thsi will make your workflow go through this part.

I hope this helps.
