- Request a new Nintex Automation Cloud tenant https://www.nintex.com/trial/#nwc and choose the desired data center location.
- Workflow designers or Admins must export all the workflows from the old Nintex Automation Cloud tenancy and import the workflows to the new Nintex Automation Cloud tenant.
- The workflow connections must be reconfigured and republished in the new tenant.
- After completing the process, inform the users or participants of the new tenant URL.
- Any form links or API integrations should be updated to the new tenant URL.
- Once the new tenant is up and running, contact Support or the Account Manager to request the license transfer from the old to the new tenancy and then deactivate the old tenancy.
