Hi everyone. Today we will discuss how to use repeating section data in Nintex Automation Cloud start event forms. 

Use case: a printing company form that allows customers to request various types of printing equipment for rental.

A few points to highlight in the demo:

  • Customers can select multiple types of printing equipment in the form
  • Form rules dynamically display the relevant data based on the chosen printing equipment
  • Form totals up the cost with form rules using repeating data
  • The workflow generates a document (a rental agreement) with repeating data
  • The rental agreement is sent off for signature from customer using Nintex eSign
  • The signed document is stored in SharePoint Online
