Hi i would like to add a user (participant only) as business owner of a workflow but want him/her to have view access to see the status of all the assigned tasks, is it possible?

Business Owners would be able to access all tasks from workflow tracking section under My Nintex.
I recommend reviewing the help documentation Nintex provides. :)
