I wanted to let you know about the great SAP Integration capabilities for Nintex Workflow Cloud with cloud connector yunIO from Theobald Software.  
With yunIO you can integrate any Nintex Workflow with SAP data. Read and write access is possible, virtually all SAP systems are supported, whether they are on-premises or cloud hosted.
